JIM BRIDGES

FOUNDER & CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

As the President and CEO of SES, Jim Bridges leads the strategic direction and continuously drives the SES culture, performance, and commitments to our staff and clients. Jim founded SES in 1992 and with a very dedicated Management Team, has grown SES to its current size with over 120 employees located across the United States. Under his direction and management, SES has established an excellent track record in the performance of numerous state and federal government contracts in the areas of cybersecurity, missile warning/defense, weather, C4ISR, Joint Information Operations Warfare Center, Medicaid, Medicare and other business domains.

Jim’s expertise in process engineering and organizational change management has enabled SES to achieve high levels of organizational process maturity via CMMI DEV Level 3 and ISO 9001 certifications. Jim is a proud Service-Disabled Veteran, having spent 6 years in the US Air Force as a Nuclear Wargames Analyst/Officer and a subsequent 22 years serving in the Nebraska Air National Guard and US Air Force Reserves as a Senior Air Force Communications/Intelligence Officer. Jim received Bachelor’s of Science in Computer Science from University of Southern Mississippi, and Air Force Officer Commission, and Master’s in business management from Central Michigan University.

As a very passionate philanthropist with major involvement in Urban League and numerous community programs, Jim established the Diabetics Prevention Awareness Center (DPAC), a 501(c) nonprofit organization, in 2015 to increase diabetes prevention, education and training throughout numerous southern states. With Jim serving as the Chairman Board of Directors, DPAC has steadily increased participation in Diabetes Health Fairs and partnerships with major pharmaceutical, insurance and medical companies. Lastly, Jim has been selected numerous times as Urban League’s Volunteer of the Year.

Esper Smith

ESPER SMITH

DIRECTOR, HUMAN RESOURCES

Esper Smith serves as the SES Director of Human Resources. As part of the SES management team since 1993, he functions in a vital capacity to perform a variety of HR duties including onboarding, benefits, compensation and personnel management. Esper has direct oversight of SES recruitment and retention and key administrative functions involved in office management, employee reimbursement and performance evaluations. He is a US Air Force veteran having served as a commissioned officer for over 20 years prior to joining SES. Esper received his Bachelor’s of Science degree from Mississippi Valley State University.

Brittany McNair

BRITTANY MCNAIR

DIRECTOR, STATE GOVERNMENT SOLUTIONS

Brittany McNair began her tenure at SES in 2008 while supporting a state government contract with Florida Department of Revenue. In the 15 years since she has functioned in many capacities with the most recent being the Director of State Government Solutions. Her involvement in nearly all of the state government consulting engagements has provided a wealth of knowledge for providing consistently high levels of quality to our many state government clients focused in healthcare, legal and law enforcement. Brittany is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP). As Manager of IT systems division, she is heavily involved with the internal software development of SES applications and systems which adhere to both the CMMI DEV Maturity Level 3 and ISO 9001 industry standard frameworks.

Dr. John Alspaugh

DR. JOHN ALSPAUGH

DIRECTOR, DOD AND FEDERAL SOLUTIONS

Dr. John Alspaugh has over 44 years of experience in the Department of Defense (DoD). He is responsible for contracts with United States Strategic Command (USSTRATCOM) and United States Space Command (USSPACECOM), providing support to the missile warning, missile defense, space domain awareness, and global sensor management mission areas. John served over 26 years in the United States Air Force, first as enlisted working in Accounting & Finance and Budget. He later earned a commission through the Officers Training School and worked as an Intercontinental Ballistic Missile Launch Officer and later as a Space Operations Officer in Missile Warning. He came to work at SES upon his retirement from the military and has provided support to the USSTRATCOM and now the USSPACECOM on multiple contracts as the Program Manager and Team Manager. In addition, he provides full-time support directly to the USSPACECOM J31, Global Sensor Management Division, customer.

Dr. Alspaugh earned an Associates in Applied Science degrees from the Community College of the Air Force (Resource Management) and Georgia Military College (Business), a Bachelor of General Studies – Business degree (Magna Cum Laude) from Louisiana Tech University, a Master’s of Science degree in Administration from Central Michigan University, and a Doctorate of Business Administration, specializing in Homeland Security Leadership and Policy, from Northcentral University. He also holds multiple certifications, including Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute and Certified in Homeland Security – Level V from the American Board for Certification in Homeland Security. Finally, he has received extensive training from a wide variety or institutions, including the Defense Acquisition University, Defense Systems Management College, Federal Acquisition Institute, Air University, Emergency Management Institute (FEMA), and the Defense Nuclear Weapons School.

Jessye Dee

JESSYE DEE

DIRECTOR, STRATEGIC RELATIONS & CONTRACTS

With over 15 years supporting SES, Jessye Chancey Dee has served in a variety of roles and has become well versed in industry strategy and direction. A background in operations, sales and project management spanning more than 25 years has provided Jessye with skills that allow her to navigate the relationships and needs of Government Contracting with ease and finesse. She has led the SES Business Development and Business Support teams to great success under a variety of State and Federal contract opportunities. Coming from a background surrounded by the Air Force, Jessye has found her company home right outside the gates of Offutt AFB and continues to influence her team and peers to perform to the highest standards within the industry. Jessye has a Bachelor's Degree in Business and Technical Studies / Marketing and a Master's in Business Administration, is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and has started course work for an Professional Doctorate in Leadership.

Constance Ashford

CONSTANCE ASHFORD

DIRECTOR, CYBER & SPACE PROGRAMS

Constance Ashford is a Department of the Army veteran/retiree with over 26 years of program and project management experience. She is a seasoned leader that manages Department of the Army and Air Force information technology, space, and cyber security contracts valued in excess of $100 million collectively. She leads a team of engineers and support staff to align SES' vision and strategy across her assigned contract portfolio. Constance has also served as Deputy Program Manager for major Air Force Cyber Security contracts; Department of the Army NetCentric Support contracts; and Safety and Mission Assurance NASA support. Constance possesses a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Management and Administration and MBA studies from Texas A&M University. She is a graduate of Project Management Professional Certification Program from Central Texas College.

DIRECTOR, CORPORATE COMPLIANCE

As Director of Corporate Compliance, Mr. Jim Moudry is integral to ensuring SES adherence to industry standards and practices. Within his 25 year tenure at SES, Jim has served as Director of Contracts and Facility Security Officer (FSO) handling the many complexities of SES’s cleared employees and secure facility status. As a CMMI Lead Appraiser, he is heavily involved in SES Commercial Business Unit and oversight of CMMI Marketplace. Jim has contributed to nearly all of the SES state government projects dating back to 2000 in the role of Project Manager, Contract Manager, Project Management Office liaison, and many other functions. A retired US Air Force Officer, Jim has held many certifications to include Certified Software Quality Engineer (CSQE), Certified Manager of Quality and Org Excellence (CMQ/OE) and Project Management Professional (PMP). He received his Bachelor of Science in Aeronautical Engineering from the United States Air Force Academy and his Master of Science in Aeronautics and Astronautics from Purdue University.

Dr. Raj Sharma

DIRECTOR, PRODUCTS & QUALITY

Dr. Raj Sharma serves as Director of Products & Quality and oversees the Commercial Business Unit which provides CMMI consulting services to a wide array of SES clients. Under the umbrella of process improvement are CMMI engineering, training and appraisal services as well as management of the SES owned CMMI Marketplace. His expertise in product quality, testing and development was instrumental in the creation of key SES systems and applications. Raj has supported numerous state government engagements as Project Manager, Technical Lead, Certification Subject Matter Expert and other technical roles. Raj holds many designations and certifications including Lead CMMI Appraiser, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Product Owner and Six Sigma Black Belt (SSGB, SSBB), and ITIL-F. His leadership has been instrumental in SES’s achievement of ISO 9001 and CMMI DEV Maturity Level 3 standing. He received his Ph.D. at University of Baroda (India) and his Master of Computer Information Systems at Bellevue University. He has been employed with SES for over 15 years.
